We will exercise extreme care to prevent loss or damage to your film while in our lab.
However, if damage occurs including misplacement or loss,
our liability will extend only to the replacement with an equal amount of film
and free processing of the same.
This limitation of liability is incorporated into every order you submit
to us and by doing so, it is understood the customer agrees
to such limitation of liability. Since all dyes in color film and papers will in time change,
we accept no responsibility for any color shifts or fading in your print.
We suggest you provide us with a guide print with all enlargement orders for close matching.
